Brasserie Max's Sake Martini β Recipe
For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. Itβs light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.

30ml gin β choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc β a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake β select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
